Graduate Engineer Trainee
Role Overview
A structured 12-month training program designed for fresh engineering graduates. You will rotate across production, quality, and maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to conductor manufacturing before transitioning into a full-time engineering role.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through production, quality, and maintenance departments on a quarterly basis
- Assist in daily production monitoring, data collection, and process documentation
- Participate in quality testing under the guidance of senior QC engineers
- Support the maintenance team in preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
- Complete assigned technical projects and present findings to management
- Attend internal and external technical training sessions
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgical Engineering (2024/2025 graduates)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Strong foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in rotating shifts
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
